We Want You to Love Your Purchase!

If you change your mind, you have 14 days for eligible items to return for store credit when purchased in-store.

Any orders placed online for curbside pickup will have 21 days for returns for store credit, allowing extra time for you to pick up your order.

Shipped orders are eligible for return within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact me at chay_marie88@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Keep in mind, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. I will assess the issue and do my best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Shoes
  • Swimwear
  • Bras & Underwear
  • Body products
  • Consumables
  • Local vendor items

These are final sale. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (including those purchased with a discount code) or gift cards.


Exchanges
At this time, we are not accepting exchanges due to limited stock. I cannot guarantee availability for exchanged items.


Refunds for Store Credit
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a store credit code for the amount of the return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
